Key Responsibilities
* Manage an established, high-quality portfolio
* Deliver outstanding service across leasing, VCAT, arrears, maintenance & compliance
* Build strong relationships with long-term landlords and tenants
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and support portfolio growth
* Mentor junior staff and contribute to the wider team culture
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Senior Property Manager
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* High level of organisation and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently within a supportive team structure
* Confident, solutions-focused approach
* Minimum 3-5 years of property management experience required
* Experience with any major property management software platform essential
* Previous experience managing a portfolio of properties required
* Australian work rights required for this position
