We are currently partnering with a major GOC to source an experienced CA or Commercial Analyst to join their Commercial team. Sitting within the commercial team with an exceptional manager, this role is heavily focused on analysis and risk management across existing projects. You will be reviewing, analyzing, and applying frameworks to ensure commercial viability and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting detailed commercial analysis on a portfolio of existing projects.
* Applying and advising on commercial risk management frameworks and risk assessments.
* Utilizing robust contract management frameworks to ensure compliance and optimal commercial outcomes.
* Providing high-level contract administration and commercial support to the broader team.
About You:
* Prior state government experience - This is an essential requirement including familiarity with TI18 and demonstrated practical application ideally in a project based environment.
* Experience in commercial risk assessment, risk analysis, and commercial risk frameworks
* A strong background as a Contract Administrator with a deep understanding of contract management frameworks.
