Healthcare Australia (HCA) is seeking experienced Aged Care Workers (ACEs) to support residential aged care facilities across Newcastle and the Hunter Valley region
Requirements
* High clinical adaptability, with the ability to work confidently across a variety of aged care facilities.
* Strong critical thinking skills to make safe, effective clinical decisions and prioritise care appropriately.
* Excellent communication and teamwork, collaborating well with diverse nursing teams.
* Consistent reliability and professionalism, including punctuality, adherence to facility policies, and representing HCA to a high standard.

Eligibility
* Certificate III (or higher) in Aged Care or a related field plus 6 months full-time experience in a residential aged care environment
* OR a second-year Bachelor of Nursing student who has completed a 160-hour clinical placement in aged care
* Valid National Police Check
* Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Up-to-date COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations
* Full Australian working rights
