Requirements:
* Approximately 5 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in software consulting
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
* Experience with business process modeling, gap analysis, and functional design
* Strong capability in using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization platforms
* SFIA Level 4 aligned skills and behaviors, with a proactive and adaptable mindset
* Familiarity with Agile and SDLC methodologies
