The Roles
We are hiring multiple Software Engineers across mid and senior levels.
Mid-Level Engineers
$130K – $150K + Super
You'll bring strong backend capability and emerging AI exposure, with the ability to contribute meaningfully to production systems.
Senior Engineers
$150K – $180K + Super
You'll operate confidently in complex environments, influence architecture decisions, and help shape engineering standards within a brand-new AI capability.

The Mission
You'll join a newly established pro-code AI engineering squad building modern, production-grade AI systems embedded into enterprise platforms.
Expect to work on:
* Agentic AI workflows
* LLM-powered services
* Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
* Intelligent automation across operational systems
* Azure AI integrations
* API and microservices ecosystems
* Enterprise SaaS integrations
You might start your day pair-programming on a new backend service, move into refining prompt orchestration logic for an AI assistant, then collaborate with architects on Azure AI deployment models.
This is hands-on engineering in a business that genuinely has the scale, funding and executive sponsorship to do AI properly.

What We're Looking For
We want strong software engineers first, with meaningful exposure to AI and data-driven environments.
Core Engineering Strength
* 4+ years (mid) / 6+ years (senior) experience in software engineering
* Strong Python and/or C#/.NET capability
* Experience designing and building RESTful APIs
* Exposure to microservices and distributed systems
* Experience delivering production-grade backend systems
* Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD and DevOps practices
* Experience working in enterprise or high-volume product environments
AI / Data Experience
* Practical exposure to LLMs and Generative AI systems
* Understanding of RAG patterns and prompt engineering
* Azure AI Services / Azure OpenAI experience highly regarded
* Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel or similar
* Awareness of responsible AI, governance and model risk considerations
* Exposure to data engineering or large-scale data environments beneficial
