Job Description - Optical Dispenser | Optical Assistant Responsibilities
- Assist with customers with frame selections
- Administration and Reception duties
- Provide administrative support for Optometrists
- Provide support and assist fellow team members
- On the job training to be proficient in dispensing prescription spectacles according to individual needs
We are looking for
- Previous customer service experience
- Optical Experience is not essential, but is preferred
- Optical Dispensing Cert IV highly desirable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Motivated, positive and friendly personality
- Basic Computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong Teamwork Skills
