The Opportunity
We're looking for a results-driven GTM (B2B) Marketing Manager to join our team. This newly created role will be instrumental in delivering category and revenue growth for Cargo Crew across ANZ and North America.
You'll lead end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns; from thought leadership to demand generation, content, product, and customer marketing through to trade-shows and exhibitions to realize our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Segment specific storytelling: Create a deep understanding of different customer segments and ICPs, from their demographic profile to their pain points, and craft stories that are designed to speak to them effectively.
* Positioning and messaging: Develop clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging and positioning for our solutions and products that resonate with target audiences.
* Go-to-market strategy: Create and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies including buyer personas, competitive analysis, and channel enablement plans.
* Sales and marketing enablement: Equip sales and marketing teams with the tools, resources, and training needed to effectively communicate the value of solutions, such as playbooks, case studies, and tailored content.
* Customer insights and market research: Conduct research to deeply understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, using insights to inform product and marketing strategies.
* Content development and execution: Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver impactful campaigns that drive awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth for solutions in target markets.
* Deliver the annual B2B marketing calendar across ANZ and North America, aligning marketing efforts.
* Own marketing delivery and manage cross-functional workflows across tradeshows, association memberships, events, and exhibitions to maximize investment, increase leads, and streamline sales processes and flows.
* Optimize B2B customer journey flows to improve user experience and conversion.
* Streamline workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Business Development and Customer Success.
* Foster collaborative relationships across the business and grow and develop your direct reports.
About You
* You have 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within a retail or wholesale environment.
* Experience developing go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
* You're able to juggle multiple projects at once and have strong prioritization skills.
* You're someone who loves creating customer value and solving problems.
* You bring fresh thinking, new, innovative ideas, and experimentation into the approach to drive ongoing performance improvement.
* You're able to build strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders.
* You're able to understand and identify trends in the market, our competitors, and our user needs across multiple segments.
