Senior Office Administrator and Marketing Role
Join our energetic team as a real estate sales and contract administrator, pivotal in supporting our team of approximately 15 to 20 sales team and partners. Roles and responsibilities include :
Facilitate the listing and sale process for properties, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Manage sales invoicing and working in conjunction with our bookkeepers with meticulous attention to detail.
Oversee contract processes from execution to settlement, liaising with stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with solicitors, conveyancers, vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants.
Provide administrative support to streamline operations within the sales and property management department.
