Your New Role
Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Medical Education Unit, ensuring efficient coordination of orientation programs, training compliance, accreditation activities, and medical education reporting for junior doctors (PGY1–3). The role manages databases, monitors learning outcomes and regulatory requirements, and supports continuous improvement initiatives—contributing to quality, safe, and effective healthcare delivery within Metro South Health.
About You
* Proven experience in providing high-level administrative and secretarial support within a complex organisation, ideally in healthcare or education.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and manage multiple deadlines with accuracy.
* Advanced skills in database management, spreadsheets, reporting, and document preparation with strong attention to detail.
