Job Overview:
The Project Control Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the Power Project within the Victorian Electricity Supply Industry (VESI). This involves developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment between the schedule, project scope and key milestones, and implementing Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to track project performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
* Ensure alignment between the schedule, project scope and key milestones
* Implement EVM techniques to track project performance
* Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
* Manage and document changes
* Prepare and deliver accurate and timely project reports
Requirements:
* Skilled at being the glue between Managers, Supervisors, Lineworkers & Client
* Self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
* Advanced critical thinker & problem solver with a positive can-do attitude
* Proactive in seeking continuous improvement
* Prior experience in a Program Coordinator or related role within Electrical Supply Industry or an engineering or construction management environment
* Proficient in MS Office suite of apps and SAP
