Practice Information:
This purpose-built practice boasts 10 doctor consulting rooms, 10 treatment rooms for multiple purposes, 2 Occupational Medicine rooms, in practice pathologist and large waiting room areas. Support staff include receptionists, practice nurses, chronic disease nurses and a practice manager.
This surgery is involved in a registrar training program with James Cook University. The surgery is a mixed billing facility and is open from Monday to Friday and on Saturday morning. Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Position Description:
Full time experienced General Practitioner is required to become part of a vibrant, friendly and caring health team. No On-Call or After-Hours requirements. Remuneration is 65% of receipted billings. Ideally, we would prefer someone with previous teaching experience who has worked in a supervisor role for registrars undertaking their FRACGP training.
