We’re excited to be recruiting for a Resident Wellbeing Manager, supporting villages to bring our Everyday Wellbeing promise to life.
This role is ideal if you’re an Assistant Village Manager or a Wellbeing Coordinator, or have strong community and customer experience skills, and you’re ready to take the next step into a more strategic, hands-on position that shapes how residents feel, live, and connect every day.
What’s the role about?
You’ll be at the forefront of wellbeing, working closely with Village Managers, Wellbeing Coordinators, Home Care partners, and local providers to deliver programs that truly make a difference. You’ll support teams and lead initiatives that are both meaningful and measurable.
Key parts of the role include:
- Support village teams to create vibrant, inclusive wellbeing programs
- Lead initiatives such as dementia awareness, aged care partnerships, and volunteer programs
- Be a trusted point of escalation for wellbeing concerns
- Build strong partnerships with Home Care providers and wellbeing specialists
- Champion consistency and celebrating success across your region

About you
You understand what village life is all about and know how to make residents feel protected, seen, and supported. You’re confident at juggling priorities, working across diverse teams, and navigating complex situations with empathy and professionalism.
Whether your background is in retirement living, health, or wellbeing you’ll bring energy, warmth, and drive, along with access to your own transport will be highly regarded, given the role’s local travel requirements
