Role Overview
This role is designed to support youth and families in their social and emotional wellbeing.
We are seeking a skilled Aboriginal Social Emotional Wellbeing Support Worker who can work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic health services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain regular contact with clients to develop, implement and monitor case management plans.
* Provide intervention and support to clients who are at risk of psychosocial distress or experiencing low acuity concerns.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be culturally sensitive and able to work effectively in a team environment.
They will also have the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
