Senior financial accountant

As the Senior Financial Accountant, you will take ownership of reviewing and updating the fixed asset register, ensuring accuracy and compliance, while assisting with year-end reporting, audit requirements, and month-end and year-end close activities. Key Responsibilities Lead the review, reconciliation, and maintenance of the fixed asset register Identify, investigate, and resolve fixed asset discrepancies and historical issues Ensure fixed asset records are accurate and aligned with accounting standards Support year-end financial reporting and audit preparation activities Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Partner with stakeholders across finance to improve reporting accuracy and strengthen processes Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and accounting standards Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support as required About You CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent) Proven experience as a Senior Financial Accountant or Financial Accountant Strong fixed asset accounting experience is essential Demonstrated experience supporting year-end reporting and external audits Experience using Xero will be highly regarded Sound like the role for you?
