HillView Care is a boutique residential aged care provider with homes in Ashmore and Merrimac, offering low, high, and dementia‐specific care. We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and creative Lifestyle Assistant to join our awesome team! If you love bringing smiles to people's faces, enjoy planning fun activities, and have a passion for making every day a little brighter, this is the role for you.
As our Lifestyle Assistant, you'll work alongside our Lifestyle Coordinator and care team to create and deliver engaging programs that enrich the lives of our residents. From games and arts & crafts to music, gentle exercises, and social events — you'll help make every day special.

Key Responsibilities
* Support and deliver daily leisure & lifestyle programs
* Assist with personal care and daily living tasks as required
* Engage residents in activities that promote wellbeing and connection
* Work harmoniously with AINs and Registered Nurses
* Help create a warm and inclusive environment for residents and families
What We're Looking For
* A Cert III Individual Support
* A Cert IV in Leisure & Health (or currently studying) would be highly regarded
* Previous experience in residential aged care preferred
* Basic computer knowledge
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work across a 7‐day roster
* National Police Clearance
