Job Title: Customer Service Representative
This is a dynamic role within our administration team, where you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional customer service and coordinating administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide timely and accurate support to the administrative and clinical teams, patients and relatives.
* To coordinate clerical requirements for patients from admission to discharge.
* To maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
* To effectively communicate with stakeholders, both verbally and written.
* To demonstrate problem-solving and conflict resolution skills in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
* Certified medical administrative professional or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated ability to work accurately and efficiently in a healthcare setting.
* High level of competency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
* Meditech Patient Management System experience is highly desirable.
