In this exciting position, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preparing and executing innovative menus with a skilled team of chefs. Your proactive attitude and eagerness to learn will be key assets in this role.
You will assist the senior team in guiding a group of experienced chefs, developing your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and evolving menu environment.
As part of our team, you will also have the chance to work alongside guest chefs and play a vital role in some of Melbourne's most prestigious events.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* Sound culinary knowledge and experience working in hatted or Michelin-starred venues
* A creative and innovative mindset, with a desire to further develop your skills
* The flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and peak holiday periods
