**The Role**
- Providing high standards of customer service
- Deliver exceptional leadership abilities
- Undertake operational activities including rostering, stock management, VM, recruitment, training and coaching
- Achieving and exceeding personal and team KPI targets
- Identify, communicate and resolve loss prevention issues
- Drive policy and procedure within the team
- Tuesday to Saturday roster with one Saturday off each month (weekend off)
**About you**
- Previous retail management experience
- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPI's
- A motivational leadership style that creates a harmonious work environment
- Ability to initiate change by influencing and inspiring your team
- An understanding of all in-store retail operations
