About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical Coordinator - Outpatients to join our team at the Royal Newcastle Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate access to care, review workflows and appointment data to ensure patients are seen in a timely and appropriate manner.
* Provide valuable clinical support to the NUM1 and broader nursing team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily services.
* Liaise with clinicians to enhance care planning, manage clinical enquiries, and take the lead in escalating patient concerns with confidence and professionalism.
* Work alongside a dedicated team of administrative, clinical, and nursing staff within the dynamic Outpatients Department.

Requirements:
* Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA with relevant post-registration qualifications and experience.
* Eligibility to drive in NSW with current unrestricted driver's licence and the ability and willingness to travel for work purposes.
