The 2IC reports directly to the Team Leader and aligned Head of Department. The position will be supported by a broad range of talented team members, such as Service Coordinators and external specialists.As 2IC you will be responsible for allocated administrative tasks delegated to you by the Team Leader. These may include but are not limited to:-
* staff rostering
* incident report submission
* risk management reviews
* Admin support as required

What are the requirements to become a 2IC at Compass?
* Disability support trainer with Leadership experience
* Hold a positive notice from the Department of Communities, Disability Services (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue card)
* Cert III or Cert IV in individual support or similar
* Current First Aid and CPR certificate
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $38.65 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32.5 per week
