Job Description


Main Purpose

* Support the development and growth of profitable new business.
* Develop and maintain effective key client relationships.
* Coordinate with the Business Development Team.
* Ensure proposals are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy.


Responsibilities

* Drive new business development for the Project Management Vertical.
* Identify and segment potential market opportunities.
* Generate revenue through new account development and key account management.
* Conduct meetings with clients.
* Develop relevant business proposals and present them to potential clients.
* Prepare and submit commercial proposals.
* Pay attention to detail and ensure timely submissions.
* Review and respond to RFPs.
* Provide regular feedback on potential clients to Management & Stakeholders.


Accountabilities

* Contribute to the development and refinement of the company’s vision and strategy.
* Support management and decision-making processes to maximize profitability.
* Assist in developing, reviewing, and reporting on business development activities.
* Coordinate and collaborate with the PMC team.


Qualifications

* Graduate or MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred.
* Experience with established firms of similar nature.
* Technical knowledge of PMC / Turnkey processes.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Development.
