Your new role
This busy role will see you responsible for:
- Advising managers on all things people, culture, capability, and performance
- Assisting with the recruitment process and onboarding new employees
- Implementing HR strategies
- Review, evaluate and advise on HR practices across the organisation
- Ensure there is compliance with HR and government regulations
- Continuously improve the workplace culture
- Performance management
- Ad-hoc duties to support the HR function
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered you will demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated HR Generalist experience
- Proven experience supporting managers
- Up to date understanding of industry awards, current pay rates and industry trends
- You must be professional, approachable, have excellent communication skills and time management details with attention to detail
