Whatyou'lldo:
* DeliverITSsolutionsfrom concept through to construction,commissioningand handover
* Contribute to the deliveryITS,TrafficSignals andPublicLightingdesignsformajor infrastructure projectsin Queensland and nationally.
* Leadthe delivery of smaller projects inITS,enforcement,trafficsignalsandpubliclighting.
* Deliverelectrical worksin accordance withAS/NZS 3000andEnergy Queensland,to supportWSP'sEnergy Queensland accreditation.
* Use tools likeAutoCAD,PowerCAD,AGI32,and more to bring your designs to life.
* Championquality assurance, design verification, and technical excellence.
* Supportclient engagement, business development, and bid preparation.
* Opportunities to consult onemerging technologieslike electric vehicle infrastructure,connected and automated vehiclesandAI-camera detectionsystems.
This role can be based in WSP in Australia's Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast offices.
About You
You have a demonstrated background as anITS and/orElectrical Engineerwith experience working on Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), signals,enforcementand/orlighting projects. You enjoy engaging with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic project outcomes an influence how our cities move.
In addition, you will bring the following skills and attributes:
* At least 5 years' experience in ITS, signals, lighting, or transport technology.
* RPEQ/Chartered status inITEE and/orElec(or working towards it).
* Proven experience in engineering design and consulting services.
* ExpertiseinAutoCAD,AGI32,PowerCAD, and other design tools.
* Strong communicationskills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* A collaborative mindset andstrong teamculture.
