Job Title: Communications Specialist
The Department of Education seeks a skilled Communications Specialist to lead communications planning and content preparation for technology-enabled reforms in Victorian government schools.

Key responsibilities include:
* Developing strategic communications plans to support the implementation of technology-enabled reforms;
* Creating engaging content to promote the benefits of technology-enabled reforms to school communities;
* Collaborating with change management and program areas to ensure effective adoption strategies;
* Providing stakeholder engagement and liaison services to support the successful rollout of new platform applications.
Desirable qualifications and experience:
* Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in technical/business support or change management;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
* Ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders;
* Experience working in a dynamic, reform-focused environment.
