About the Role
You will have the opportunity to partner with a diverse range of public and private sector organisations across multiple industries. You will lead and develop a team to ensure successful completion and execution of assigned engagements. Service line management includes contribution to overall service line strategy. Identify risks and assist in determining appropriate audits for each assignment and communicate to directors. Review working papers, queries, correspondence and reports prepared by the team to ensure compliance with plan, procedures and quality of work. Lead and participate in technical consultations.

About You
Requirements:
* Previous experience in supporting and managing a team
* Completed post graduate qualifications such as CA or CPA
* Strong motivation to inspire a high performing team and positive culture
* Demonstrated technical expertise used to assist existing and new clients
* Experience leading and mentoring junior members of a team
* Experience working in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
* Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to identify and solve problems
* Strong IT skills as well as willing and able to learn new technologies quickly
