This is a recruitment pool for permanent full time, permanent part time, fixed term full time, fixed term part time and casual appointments.

Peel Health Campus (part of South Metropolitan Mental Health Service) is recruiting for Senior Occupational Therapists to work within our the clinical specialty area/s. The successful applicant/s shall be part of a multidisciplinary team, plans, implements, coordinates and evaluates Occupational Therapy services to patients at Peel Health Campus using advanced Occupational Therapy clinical practice skills. Plans, implements and evaluates patient safety and quality of care. Practices as a Senior Occupational Therapist and ensures practice is in accordance with the Occupational Therapy professional and registration requirements, standards, codes and guidelines and SMHS policies and guidelines.

Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments are made to the above position or other similar vacancies which may arise. Appointments may be made from this pool until 30/06/2026.

Peel Health Campus is a general hospital located in the City of Mandurah, 75 km south of Perth on the doorstep of the south-west, known for its stunning beaches, internationally significant wetlands, and some of Australia’s most spectacular waterways for boating, fishing and wildlife. It originally opened in 1988 as the 32-bed Mandurah District Hospital, and now operates with 206 licenced beds, bays and treatment areas.

Are you eligible? To be eligible for a permanent appointment to the Western Australian public sector is essential that you are an Australian citizen or have permanent residency status in Australia. To be eligible for a fixed term appointment you must have documentary evidence of your entitlement to live and work in Australia for the period of the contract.
