As a Venue Support Technician, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional technical support and ensuring seamless event execution. You will interact with various stakeholders, from colleagues to clients, guaranteeing that every event runs smoothly and impressively.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate events, including technical setups and equipment requirements, to ensure seamless execution.
* Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime and maintain optimal performance.
* Customer Service: Provide exemplary customer service, ensuring clients have everything they need for their events, and consistently meet their expectations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Technical Expertise: Possess extensive experience in coordinating multi-premise video-conferencing solutions, sound knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP), and proficiency in Windows operating systems.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills, excellent communication skills to explain technical terms to non-technical individuals, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
