Job Description
Manage and maintain accurate financial records and property accounts.
Prepare financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
Fund accounting.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Support the reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
Provide insights and recommendations for financial improvement.
Qualifications
A degree or qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Experience in business services, property, funds management or a relevant field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
CPA / CA or partly qualified.
