This role is ideal for an experienced ER specialist looking to deepen their expertise, support people leaders, and contribute to a high‑performing P&C function. What you’ll be doing Provide expert advice on ER/IR matters, industrial instruments, legislation, Awards and Enterprise Agreements Coach leaders through performance, conduct, grievance and absence matters Conduct and support complex workplace investigations and mediations Develop proactive strategies to prevent and resolve workplace issues Support P&C Business Partners with strategic and operational initiatives Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and deliver excellent service across the organisation Ensure compliance with policies, legislation, Delegations of Authority and case management standards Contribute to continuous improvement of P&C policies, processes and tools What you’ll bring 3 years’ experience in senior HR/ER advisory roles Strong exposure to complex case management and high‑volume ER environments Strong understanding of ER/IR frameworks, the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements Demonstrated experience in investigations, grievances and mediations Excellent influencing, communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to manage complex matters in a fast‑paced environment with maturity, resilience and discretion Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline Experience working in a Call Centre environment will be highly regarded Proficiency in Office 365 There is so much on offer when you join RACV Flexible and informal work environment.
