 
        
        McIlwain are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to support our AP team in delivering the accurate, timely and efficient processing of invoices, credit card transactions and expense reimbursements.
Reporting to the Accounts Manager, this role plays an important part in maintaining the financial health of our operations, with a particular focus on maintaining the strong relationships with our stakeholders across both the business and externally.
Based at our Head Office in Hemmant, you'll be located just a short drive to the M1 and an even shorter stroll to the Hemmant Train Station.

Responsibilities:
 * Perform timely and accurate processing of supplier and subcontractor invoices, employee expense reimbursements and corporate credit card transactions
 * Ensure AP procedures are documented and reviewed on a periodic basis
 * Assist in the preparation of weekly and end of month payment runs
 * Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships
Requirements:
 * Proven experience in an Accounts Payable function
 * Experience in using COINS or robust ERP systems
 * Experience with supplier data management
 * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
