We are seeking a skilled Level 1.5 Desktop Support Engineer to join an ambitious growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* 3+ years' desktop or technical support experience
* Experience supporting 250-400 users
* Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
* Proactive, service-oriented approach
* Solid Microsoft tech knowledge (Windows 10, Office 365, Teams, Endpoint Manager)
* ITIL certification and experience with Cherwell, SCCM, PowerShell (desirable)
* Familiarity with VDI and network infrastructure (a plus)
* Use ServiceNow or similar platforms for incident management
* Diagnose and resolve network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, video conferencing)
* Provide remote support via TeamViewer, RDP
* Troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and conferencing equipment
* Apply basic cybersecurity principles
* Manage software deployment with SCCM and Intune
* Handle and resolve escalated incidents promptly
Work Arrangement:
5 days onsite, 6-month contract with potential extension.
