The Health Care Complaints Commission is seeking a Resolution Officer to join our Resolution, Review and Engagement Division. This is an opportunity to work on complex complaints, supporting resolution between complainants and health care providers and contributing to outcomes that rebuild understanding, strengthen trust and support the safety and quality of health services. The Role Resolution Officers assist complainants and health care providers to resolve issues in a fair, timely and impartial way. You will manage sensitive matters, engage with a range of stakeholders, and apply sound judgement to support practical outcomes. About You You will bring: Experience in a regulatory, complaints, customer resolution or similar environment Strong communication skills and the ability to explain issues clearly Sound judgement and the ability to manage complex or sensitive matters The ability to engage effectively with people from diverse backgrounds, including those experiencing challenging situations A collaborative and professional approach Essential Requirements Relevant qualifications and/or experience in a related field.
