What You'll Be Doing
Priority Populations is a clinical program within the Sydney Children's Hospitals Network. The primary purpose of this position is to provide high‑level project, research and quality improvement support for the clinical program, including Trapeze (the adolescent transition service) and ChIPS (Chronic Illness Peer Support), ensuring integrated services meet patient, family, and organisational needs.
This project manager will be responsible for leading projects, supporting quality‑improvement initiatives, applying for relevant grants and awards, collaborating with stakeholders—including researchers and clinical governance—designing and implementing research initiatives, collecting, reporting and analysing complex data, and supporting the program to improve patient care and experience for vulnerable patients.
About You
* Has tertiary qualifications in a health care discipline and /or equivalent experience.
* Has demonstrated experience in project management and quality improvement in a health setting.
* Has high‑level analytical skills, including ability to collect, analyse, interpret and report on complex data.
