The Role:As the Installation & Repair Lead, you will oversee the installation, servicing, and repair of our premium storage solutions on customer vehicles. This is a hands-on role where you will lead by example, ensuring quality standards, efficiency, and compliance across all installations and repairs. You'll also provide guidance to the Installs team, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Lead and support installs on customer vehicles
Carry out and oversee repair work
Ensure jobs meet quality and safety standards
Train and guide team members
Work with customers and suppliers for smooth operations
Keep the workshop running efficiently

What you bring:
Experience in vehicle accessory installation, service, or repair
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to problem-solve and work with initiative
Enjoy working in a team environment while taking ownership of tasks
Manual Driver's License (essential)
Forklift license and experience with 12V electrics (highly regarded)
