We are seeking skilled construction professionals to join our leadership team in Maningrida, a remote coastal town in northern Australia. As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for managing construction programs across our Homelands and supporting logistics, procurement, and fleet/asset use.

Responsibilities
* Manage construction programs and projects across multiple sites
* Lead teams of tradespeople, handymen, and apprentices

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A trade qualification and experience in construction or infrastructure
* Leadership experience in trade or construction environments
* Project management skills and budgeting expertise
* Cultural awareness and humility
* Patience, flexibility, and emotional maturity
