The Role
You'll manage a growing strata portfolio across residential, commercial, and industrial schemes — with a key difference: you focus on portfolio management only.
You'll be fully supported by a Business Development Manager, Trust Accountant, and Strata Assistant, allowing you to concentrate on client relationships, strategy, and delivering quality outcomes — not admin or after‐hours overload.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a strata portfolio with confidence
* Build strong relationships with owners, councils, and stakeholders
* Prepare and manage budgets, agendas, and meeting minutes
* Chair meetings and provide clear, professional advice
* Deliver consistent, high‐quality service to clients
* Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment
Essential Skills & Attributes
* Strong communication and people skills
* A genuine passion for customer service
* Excellent organization and time management
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* High attention to detail
* Confident computer and administrative skills
* Current WA Driver's Licence
* Police Clearance
* Willingness to obtain (or already hold) Cert IV in Strata Community Management
Preferred (but not essential)
* Experience in strata or property management
* Working knowledge of WA Strata Titles legislation
