Sunbury Ford is excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate customer service professional to join our award‐winning Service Department. Proud recipients of Ford's highest honour, the Ford President's Award, for the 7th time in 2025, we are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to complement our team and support the continued growth of our workshop.
About the Role
As the key liaison between our service customers and our workshop, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. From the initial meet and greet through our driveway service facility to the final vehicle handover, you will ensure every customer interaction is professional, transparent, and positive.
This role is ideal for an experienced Service Advisor who thrives in a fast‐paced dealership environment and values teamwork, customer satisfaction, and career development.

* Previous experience as a Service Advisor
* Strong communication, customer service, and selling skills
* Experience working within an automotive dealership environment
* Confident, professional, and personable approach with customers and colleagues
