Allclass is an independent, family-owned, Queensland born-and-bred Kubota & Merlo Dealer that has been operating for over 30 years. As a proud 5-Star Authorised Kubota Dealer, we supply and support a complete range of Kubota machinery, parts and products across Queensland.
Due to business growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Cairns team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch and ensuring strong collaboration between our Service, Parts and Sales teams.
We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong service or workshop background, who understand the importance of quality workmanship, efficient workflow and delivering excellent customer outcomes.
About the Role
As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Cairns branch and ensuring the safe, efficient and profitable operation of the business. You will play a key role in supporting the workshop team, developing staff, maintaining strong customer relationships and driving operational performance.
This role requires a visible and supportive leader who enjoys working closely with their team and building a strong branch culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Cairns Branch, including Service, Parts and Sales
* Provide leadership, guidance and support to branch employees to ensure a positive and productive team environment
* Assist with oversight of workshop operations, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
* Monitor branch performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction and profitability
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
* Ensure inventory, resources and workflow are effectively managed across the branch
* Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards and operational procedures
* Contribute to the continued growth and success of the Cairns branch
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Proven leadership or management experience within the machinery, automotive, construction or agricultural industries
* A strong service or workshop background, with an understanding of machinery service operations
* The ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Sound commercial awareness and the ability to monitor operational performance
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Good computer literacy and experience with business systems
