Parking Attendants – Event Work | Camden NSW
ARC Staff is currently seeking reliable Parking Attendants to assist with traffic and parking coordination at a large event taking place in Camden, NSW.
This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy working in a fast‐paced outdoor environment and being part of major event operations.
As a Parking Attendant, you will play an important role in helping ensure the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and event attendees.
You will be responsible for directing cars into designated parking areas, providing clear guidance to drivers and maintaining safety procedures throughout the event.
This role requires candidates who are physically fit, reliable and able to remain on their feet for extended periods while working as part of a supportive team.
Event Dates & Hours
* Friday 20 March – 8:00am start (approximately 10‐hour shift)
* Saturday 21 March – 8:00am start (approximately 12‐hour shift)
Please note that this is an outdoor role involving long hours standing and walking.
Key Responsibilities
* Direct vehicles safely into designated parking areas
* Assist event attendees with clear parking directions
* Maintain safe traffic flow within the event parking zones
* Follow event safety procedures and instructions from supervisors
* Communicate effectively with team members and event staff
* Provide a helpful and professional presence for event attendees
Requirements
* Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods
* Reliable with strong punctuality
* Comfortable working outdoors in an event environment
* Ability to follow safety instructions and work as part of a team
* Must wear required PPE including steel‐cap boots and high‐visibility clothing
Previous event, traffic control or parking attendant experience is preferred but not essential, as training and guidance will be provided on site.
