Role Purpose: The Commercial Manager role is an exciting leadership opportunity designed for maximizing project margins and mitigating risks through strategic contract management. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and strategic thinker ready to drive success through negotiation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Review and negotiate head contract terms to align with UGL’s goals.
Communicate and integrate contractual insights into project planning.
Lead compliance efforts for UGL and subcontractors within project agreements.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Corporate Legal to empower your team.
Maintain robust contractual records and manage changes proactively.
Qualifications
A degree in Law, Finance, or Quantity Surveying.
At least 5 years of experience in a commercial management role, ideally within engineering or maintenance services.
Strong skills in contract negotiation, management, and dispute resolution.
