Perth Furniture & Fun is a Western Australian retailer specialising in quality indoor and outdoor furniture. The company serves both residential and commercial customers across WA.
They are now looking to hire a motivated individual to join their successful team as an ICT Project Manager.
The Role
This is a full time role with an annual salary set between $90,000 plus superannuation. The role will be based at their office in Midvale, Western Australia.
The Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end ICT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
* Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
* Lead cross-functional teams, including internal staff, contractors, and technology partners.
* Oversee the implementation of ERP, CRM, POS, and e-commerce systems to support business growth.
* Ensure system integrations between retail, warehouse, logistics, and finance platforms run efficiently.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
* Identify and resolve ICT‑related risks, issues, and dependencies throughout project lifecycles.
* Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor service delivery.
* Ensure ICT projects comply with cyber security, data privacy, and industry best practices.
* Conduct post‑implementation reviews and measure project outcomes against KPIs.
* Prepare detailed project documentation, including business cases, test plans, and user manuals.
* Oversee change management, including staff training and adoption of new systems.
* Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ICT operations and project delivery.
The Requirements
* At least Bachelors Degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
* At least 3 years' experience managing large‑scale ICT projects.
* At least 3 years' experience in ERP/CRM/e‑commerce system rollouts.
* At least 3 years' experience in ICT project governance, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
* At least 3 years' experience leading cross‑functional teams across multiple business units.
* At least 3 years' experience managing complex system integrations (ERP, warehouse systems, logistics tracking, POS, e‑commerce platforms).
* At least 3 years' experience in digital transformation projects, including cloud migrations, automation, and analytics platforms.
* Proven ability to communicate well and influence team members and stakeholders for a positive delivery.
