Our group capabilities include self-performing civil infrastructure on large multi-million projects, plant and equipment hire, an Indigenous contractor, a waste resource and recovery business, and commercial, industrial and retail property development.Together, we believe in fostering partnerships today to create a better tomorrow.The RoleAs a Graduate IT Service Delivery Analyst at Symal, you’ll be the first line of support for our people—configuring and deploying devices, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.In this pivotal role, you will gain hands-on and dynamic experience, working in a high-performing IT team, delivering ambitious projects for one of the fastest growing construction businesses within Australia.This role is perfect for a young and ambitious graduate who is eager and energetic.Your ImpactYou will help support Symal’s IT operations by deploying devices, resolving tech issues, managing assets, and assisting staff across offices.Your Every DayDeploy and configure laptops, phones, and other devices for staff across the business.Provide frontline IT support via Teams, phone, email, and in-person interactions.Manage IT assets, coordinate repairs, and maintain accurate inventory records.Support and train staff on IT systems, tools, and best practices.Work with Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, and mobile device platforms.Who are you?Holds a relevant IT degree and has at least 1x years’ experience in a service desk or technical support role.Strong communicator with an empathetic, customer-focused approach to problem-solving.Confident working with Microsoft technologies (Intune, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory, Windows 11, Microsoft 365).Experienced in supporting iOS and Android devices, with solid troubleshooting skills.Organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.A career with usSymal is an equal opportunity employer.
