 
        
        Administrative Officer - Peacock Centre
This role involves providing administrative and reception support to the Peacock Centre, ensuring the efficient operation of the centre. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality mental health services in accordance with relevant principles and standards.
You will be responsible for undertaking leave management, training staff, orienting new staff, and providing ongoing support to existing staff. Additionally, you will manage and coordinate administrative systems to ensure the effective operation of the centre.
The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A permanent full-time position is available, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Provide quality administrative and reception support to the Peacock Centre
 * Undertake leave management, training of staff, and orientation of new staff
 * Manage and coordinate administrative support systems
Requirements:
 * Degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g. business administration)
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
