As an Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the day‐to‐day operations of our platform by turning data into insights. You will work closely with cross‐functional teams to monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive initiatives that enhance the experience for both drivers and riders. In this role, you'll be...
* Data Analysis & Operational Insights Track, analyze, and interpret key operational metrics across driver and rider segments. Deliver actionable insights to support decision‐making on user engagement, service reliability, and platform efficiency.
* Reporting & Dashboarding Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs), support weekly/monthly reviews, and highlight emerging trends or issues.
* Local Operations & Execution Monitoring Partner with city operations teams to monitor the effectiveness of local activations, offline initiatives, and supply‐demand strategies. Provide data‐backed suggestions to improve city‐level performance.
* Initiative Support & Impact Evaluation Support the planning and execution of driver and rider‐facing operational initiatives. Evaluate performance through structured experiments and data analysis, and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes.
* Process Improvement Identify bottlenecks in operational workflows and leverage data to drive scalable improvements in efficiency, quality, and speed of execution.
* Cross‐Team Collaboration Collaborate with cross‐functional teams including Product, Data, and Marketing to align on goals, ensure accurate metric definitions, and drive continuous improvement based on shared insights.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools. SQL experience is a plus.
