About this opportunity
In your role as a Senior Sales Director, you will lead the development and execution of sales strategies across our Oceania business to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include leading the Trade Sales team to achieve these sales objectives through identifying opportunities, structuring solutions, and deal execution.
What You Will Do
* Develop marketing strategies to identify target client bases across Australia & New Zealand, including revenue potential, competition, and risk parameters.
* Partner with local Relationship Managers in each market to further identify and validate the right client base and jointly develop and implement calling programs.
* Create relevant marketing materials, including proposals and presentations that define and articulate the client value proposition.
* Engage with stakeholders to leverage our trade finance capabilities to meet client needs.
Requirements
* 8+ years' experience in Trade & Supply Chain Finance within an Australian / New Zealand domestic Bank or large International Bank.
* Undergraduate Business / Commerce / Law Degree from a reputable university.
* Demonstrable experience in Trade and Supply Chain Finance is essential.
* Extensive market and industry knowledge.
* Strong business acumen and ability to develop new revenue/cross-selling opportunities.
* Good communication skills with the ability to influence others.
* Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments.
* Previous experience in a leadership role providing guidance and mentorship to a developing team.
