Ready to take charge and build dream homes for families in the Sydney South region? We're looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead our projects, manage our build sites, and ensure we deliver new homes of the highest quality. This is a permanent full-time position.

What You'll Be Doing
* Manage the end-to-end construction of multiple new homes, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
* Supervise a diverse range of projects, primarily knock-down rebuilds and custom builds, including standard double-storey and more complex designs.
* Coordinate, schedule, and supervise all site trades, suppliers, and contractors.
* Champion our high standards through rigorous quality control inspections at every stage.
* Build fantastic rapport with our clients, providing them with regular, professional updates.
* Maintain a safe and compliant work site, strictly adhering to all WHS/OH&S policies.
What You'll Bring
We are looking for a highly professional, process-driven leader with a strong business mindset.
* A Trade Qualification (e.g., Carpentry) is essential.
* 5-10 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably within a custom builder environment.
* A current Driver's Licence (minimum Class C).
* A current NSW Building Work Supervisor's Licence is highly desirable.
* Exceptional communication skills: You must be a team player who sees the "big picture" and understands the importance of communicating effectively back to the office.
* A proven ability to follow through on processes and contribute to what helps the business succeed.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage trades, maintain quality, and solve problems proactively.
