They are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Structural Engineer to join their team in Launceston.
Key Pre-requisites:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil/Structural Engineering.
2. Minimum of 7-10 years of postgraduate, demonstrated local (Australian) work experience.
3. Experience in independently managing all aspects of the project cycle from planning, design, documentation, site inspections, to handover.
4. High-level proficiency in structural software (AutoCAD, SPACE GASS, Strand7, RAPT).
5. Knowledge of Australian standards.
6. Stakeholder management skills.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

3. Previous experience in managing teams.
