**Job Description:**
As a skilled professional in the recruitment industry, you have the opportunity to work on a broad role that encompasses end-to-end recruitment process management, relationship management and business development. This position involves representing our company through achieving outstanding recruitment outcomes for key clients, delivering services under government panel arrangements, and building and maintaining relationships with candidates.
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for temporary and permanent roles
* Develop compelling job ads, position descriptions, and candidate overviews
* Conduct candidate sourcing, interviews, and reference checks
* Manage and prepare government Request for Quote (RFQ) processes
* Provide a positive and professional experience for all candidates and clients
* Support contract negotiations and onboarding processes
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities
* Manage and support temporary contractors throughout their assignments
* Contribute to business development through networking and client meetings
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in recruitment (agency or internal)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* A proactive, client-focused mindset with a passion for people
* A strong work ethic with the ability to work unsupervised and under pressure
