You'll play a key role in enabling safe, efficient and high‐quality manufacturing and filling operations at the Rocklea site. Leading frontline teams, you will ensure people are well trained, supported and empowered to deliver production targets across safety, service and cost, while working closely with Maintenance, Planning and Distribution to keep operations running smoothly and issues addressed early.

Operating in a highly visible role, you will translate business priorities into clear, practical execution on the manufacturing floor, reinforcing consistent standards. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will drive team‐based problem solving, build capability through coaching and development, and embed a culture of ownership where people continuously improve how work is done.
