About the role
We're seeking an Estimator to complete effective and timely submissions of tenders for construction and civil projects. Products include, but not limited to, structural steel, precast concrete and associated supporting products.
Key Responsibilities
· Build and maintain client and supplier relationships
· Prepare accurate estimates
· Provide cost-saving and design alternatives for competitive project delivery
· Provide take-offs from technical drawings and construction plans
· Aid in all facets of the project design and quotation process
Requirements
· Hold relevant qualifications in Estimating or similar
· Have previous experience in an Estimating role in a construction environment
· Proficient in software applications such as Excel and Cubit
· Experience in both commercial and industrial construction environments is required
· Australian work rights are required
